Started as an officer cadet in the Royal Military College Duntroon
Trained as police officer in the New South Wales Police, attaining vast experience in general duties, investigations and more particularly prosecuting
Later took up a position as a solicitor gaining extensive experience, especially in criminal defence work
Went on to become the Principal Solicitor of a major community legal service in New South Wales
2001: appointed as a Magistrate for the State of New South Wales
2003: appointed Manager of Marsdens Law Group’s Criminal Practice for six legal offices in Sydney
2004: appointed General Manager and Solicitor Director – Intercept Group Pty Ltd – T/as INTERCEPT LAW
2004 – 2011: Director Training Company
- managing various aspects of a large private training organisation
- lecturing in legal matters to classes training in security and other public-oriented occupations
- advising on employment issues to large businesses and occupational health and safety
2014: sold Intercept Law Pty Ltd & started a new legal firm ABSOLVE LEGAL at Wallsend aiming at the provision of quality legal services and advice throughout the State of New South Wales

Solicitor / Practice Manager
Kimberley has worked as a Practice Manager for several locally based Law firms since 2004 and joined Absolve Legal in May 2018. Kimberley undertook her Law studies at the University of Newcastle and works closely with Roland and Bill whilst continuing to oversee the day-to-day operations of Absolve Legal. Kimberley looks forward to assisting you in your legal matter.

Jordan joined Absolve Legal in December 2021. Jordan is the first point of contact and has the task of helping our busy practice remain organised.
